Deposit* : 50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation*: free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

*Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.

Prepaid rates

Deposit: 100% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation: The full amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

General terms and conditions of sale (applicable to all tariffs):

Breakfast: included in the price

Supplements applicable from the 3rd person in a room per night:

- Room and breakfast : Adult and child over 12: €125 / Child 3-12: €100

- Half-board room: Adults and children over 12: €220 / Children aged 3-12: €155

Baby facilities: Available.

Animal : 35 € per day excluding food.

Tourist tax : 4,46 € per day per person over 18 years old.

Parking: free (valet parking).

VAT : Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. These are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and are likely to be modified according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival : The room is available from 4pm.

Departure: The room must be vacated by 12:00 pm at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure beyond this time.

Non-smoking rooms: Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of restoring the room to its original state.

* For payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the rate chosen) and in the case of payment by credit card, the latter will be debited at the time of purchase, i.e. at the time of confirmation, via a secure payment link.
