WHAT INFORMATION WILL I BE ASKED FOR TO MAKE MY RESERVATION?

To make your reservation at Villa Marie Saint-Tropez, you will need to give us the following information:

- Name and surname

- Postal address

- Email

- Mobile phone number

- Name and surname of other participants in the trip

A credit card will also be required to pay your deposit.

HOW CAN I GUARANTEE MY RESERVATION?

Your reservation will be guaranteed as soon as you have paid a deposit of 50% or 100% of the total amount of your stay. This payment can be made by credit card (3D secure), bank transfer or cheque.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING AND UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS?

If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, the deposit already paid will be retained. If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, the total amount of the stay will be invoiced if it has not already been paid.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF THE TOURIST TAX?

The tourist tax in Saint-Tropez is 3.30€ per day and per person over 18 years old

IF I COME WITH A BABY, DO YOU HAVE SUITABLE BEDS?

Baby care is available for €25 per day. It includes a night light, a bath thermometer, a bathtub, a changing table and a cot.

Villa Marie Saint-Tropez is a Kid's Friendly hotel. Whether in the restaurant, where children's menus are offered, or in the rooms, which have been adapted to accommodate a baby bed or an extra bed.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

At Villa Marie Saint-Tropez we welcome your pets with pleasure! At a cost of 35€ per day (excluding food) we will provide a mat and a bowl.

DO YOU OFFER BREAKFAST PACKAGES?

When you make your reservation you can choose between 2 different formulas: room and breakfast or half board in our Dolce Vita restaurant.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

We provide our customers with free parking (not covered).

HOW TO GET TO VILLA MARIE SAINT-TROPEZ?

At the first traffic light at the entrance to Saint-Tropez, turn right towards "Route des plages" - Ramatuelle. Drive for about 2 km, then after the artisanal zone, take the first right after the sign "Chemin Val de Rian". Continue for 1 km to reach Villa Marie.

Nestled in a 3 hectare pine forest overlooking Saint-Tropez, the Villa Marie hotel is not always easy to find. To avoid any inconvenience, we advise you to :

- type "Villa Marie chemin de Val de Rian" in Google Map

- type "Route des Marres" in your mobile GPS

The beaches of Pampelonne are approximately 3km from the hotel.

The restaurant welcomes you every day for dinner.

For lunch we offer a selection of fresh and light dishes to enjoy by the pool or in the gardens: salad, club sandwich and pasta of the day.

At the Dolce Vita Restaurant a children's menu has been designed for the little gourmets.

DO YOU PROVIDE HIGH CHAIRS?

High chairs are available on request for your children.

DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL MENUS FOR VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS?

We offer vegetarian dishes. However, we do not have any vegan dishes. On request the chef will be happy to prepare special menus for you.

DO YOU HAVE A DEDICATED TERRACE FOR CATERING?

The restaurant has a terrace overlooking the Bay of Pampelonne, with a magnificent view of the sea.

WHEN DO WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE BAR?

The bar at Villa Marie Saint-Tropez is open from 10am to 10pm every day.

IS THE SPA OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK?

The spa welcomes you for your treatments from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 8pm every day. The swimming pool and fitness area are accessible 24 hours a day (unsupervised at night).

WHAT IS YOUR SPA EQUIPPED WITH?

The Spa de Marie Saint-Tropez is composed of 2 Pure Altitude treatment rooms, a swimming pool and a fitness area.

CAN CHILDREN USE THE WELLNESS AREA?

Both children and their parents can use the pool 24 hours a day, but they must be supervised by their parents.

ARE THE SPA AND SWIMMING POOL ACCESSIBLE TO EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS?

The swimming pool is reserved for hotel guests.

DO WE HAVE TO BOOK THE MASSAGES IN ADVANCE?
