2026 Super Flexible Rates

Deposit*: 50% of the amount of the stay is to be paid upon booking. The balance of the stay is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation and change*: free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Fee of 50% of the amount of the stay for a cancellation between 7 and 1 day. 100% of the stay fee for cancellation on the day of scheduled arrival or in case of no-show. *

*Please note that reservations of 5 rooms or more are subject to different conditions.

Pre-paid rates

Deposit: 100% of the amount of the stay is to be paid upon booking.

Cancellation: The total prepayment amount will be retained for any cancellations.

Modification of stay: In the event of a change in the arrival date and/or the departure date, the amount of the initial stay will be invoiced in full, as compensation, without any other form.

General conditions of sale (applicable for all rates):

Breakfast: included in the price

Supplements applicable from the 3rd person in a room per night:

- Bed and breakfast: Adult and child over 12 years old: €125/Children 3-12 years old: €100

- Half-board room: Adult and child over 12 years old: 220€/Children 3-12 years old: 155€

Baby welcome: free (baby bed, bath, bath thermometer, bath thermometer, changing mat, night light, bottle warmer) excluding food.

Tourist tax: €4.46 per day per person over 18 years of age.

Parking: free (valet service).

VAT: Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. These are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and are subject to change according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival: The room is available from 16:00.

Departure: The room must be vacated no later than 12:00. A penalty in the amount of one night will be applied for any departure beyond this time.

Non-smoking rooms : Please note that all rooms in our hotel are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, you will be charged the costs of restoring the room.

Animal: €35 per day excluding food. Pets are not allowed in the pool, and inside the restaurant (2 animals maximum per room).

Pets are allowed in the establishment in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Animals must be kept on a leash in common areas and should under no circumstances be left unattended.
  • The customer is fully responsible for his animal during the stay, in particular in the event of damage, noise or disturbances caused to other customers or staff.
  • Any damage, dirt or degradation caused by an animal will be subject to additional billing, including repair or specific cleaning costs if necessary.
  • For reasons of hygiene and safety, the cleaning staff is not authorized to clean the room in the presence of the animal. The customer must ensure that the animal is absent or under control during the cleaning service.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse or interrupt the animal's stay in case of non-compliance with these rules, without this giving rise to a refund.

For the payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the rate chosen) and in case of payment by bank card, it will be debited at the time of purchase, i.e. at the time of confirmation, via a secure payment link. Also, please note that bank checks are not accepted for any payment.

Pure Altitude Spa

Your arrival at the Spa: We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to fully enjoy your experience. Please note that late appointments will not result in extensions of care.

Relaxation and disconnection: The Pure Altitude Spa is a sanctuary dedicated to relaxation. Please turn off your mobile phones to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all our customers

Health condition: For your safety, please inform us of any health problems (heart problems, phlebitis, arthritis, ulcers, cancers under treatment...), allergies or injuries that could affect the smooth running of your care. In case of pregnancy, please also let us know

Pregnancy : For safety reasons, we do not perform massages on pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy. Specific programs adapted to the needs of pregnant women are offered. Do not hesitate to ask for advice at the Spa reception.

Personal items : In each massage room, baskets are available to store your jewelry. However, we recommend that you remove all your personal effects before you come. Please note that the hotel declines all responsibility for the loss or forgetting of items in the bathrobes.

Wellness area: Our wellness area is exclusively reserved for hotel guests. It is forbidden to smoke or consume alcohol in our spaces

Cancellation policy : Prepaid treatment, not cancellable. Modifiable up to 24 hours before the treatment time as part of a dated report, subject to availability.

Access to the pool is reserved for guests staying at the hotel. Guests coming to the restaurant or the Spa do not have access to the pool.
