“Between cypresses and umbrella pines, this country house with a bohemian chic spirit, ten minutes from Saint-Tropez, is run by a large French hotel family, the Sibuets. This 5-star hotel, open from May to October, is one of the best hotels in Saint-Tropez, located in a green Mediterranean setting. With its breathtaking view of Pampelonne Bay, its 45 rooms — my favorites are the ones with canopies — and five suites are an ode to vacations.

Everything is designed to relax: from breakfast on the patio to the shell-pearly bar, from a reading break in the cactus greenhouse at the pool, to the “Dolce Vita” restaurant and lounge bar, to enjoy a bouillabaisse-style rock soup, a bouillabaisse rock soup, a summer truffle risotto and a lemon caviar souffle. My favorite: the hot shell massage, surrounded by the scents of rose and jasmine, at the spa.”
